Real Estate is about hearing what you say, meeting your needs and requirements and producing the desired results. Good communication is essential and I answer my cell phone, and respond to my e-mails or text messages.  I am a full-time Realtor and I am available.

If you list your home for sale with me I will keep you informed regarding what is happening with your property. I believe in, and use the various companies available through the Internet to keep your listing on top of this fast paced and ever changing Real Estate Market.  You will always have as many photos on the Internet as a site permits. Most Buyers today start looking on the Internet and it is a powerful marketing tool.

When working with Buyers I am diligent with the property search and dissemination of information.  You will be put on my Desert Area MLS site and we will work together to finely tune the search perimeters so you receive newly listed property that match your criteria the day it comes on the market.  I will be sending you monthly CMA reports so you can see what has sold, the selling price and market movement.

I’ve been a full-time Realtor since 1987 and you will find my depth of knowledge and strong work ethic brings you great service and professionalism.

Prior to being in Real Estate I worked as a Consultant Dietitian for 20 years and managed 10 small hospital Dietary Departments.  During that time, I collaborated with another Dietitian and we created and marketed a nutrition card game called "Nourish" which was sold throughout the U. S. and parts of Canada. I am an innovative, self starter who is very focused.  When I work with you - you become my priority.
