The homes in Mountain View Country Club were built by Toll Brothers Construction. There are 380 Homes and 50 condos. The Golf Membership is $75,000 and the HOA fee is $338 per month which covers the front landscaping, cable, high speed Internet access and unlimited long distance phone calls.

PGA West Palmer Private Course is where the Bob Hope Classic Tournament has been played for many years. This is one of the sections of PGA West that was first developed and it has a variety of Condos, Single Family Attached and Single Family Detached homes. The Private Club House is on this course and you can watch the play on the 18th Green from the bar and dining room. PGA West has some of the best views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and some of the most difficult golf courses in the desert.

The PGA West Stadium Course was one of the two early courses developed for this club and features some of the many fine Condo floorplans that are part of this wonderful community. These Condos offer the ability to purchase a property at PGA West which can be enjoyed as a weekend get-away or rented on a seasonal basis. The Stadium Course is considered to be one of the more challenging courses at PGA.
